Job summary

Chuy's Restaurants in Texas is seeking a Restaurant Manager to be the heartbeat of our operations, overseeing bar, lobby, and to-go services to ensure a fun guest experience. You will lead with energy, maintain safety standards, and drive excellent guest service in a fast-paced, scratch-kitchen environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of management in a high-volume restaurant, hold Food Handlers and Alcohol Certifications, and excel at teamwork and urgency.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
• Food handlers certification and alcohol certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and show urgency.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Results driven and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations (bar, lobby, to-go) and ensure smooth service.
• Lead and develop team, maintain high guest satisfaction and memory-making experiences.
• Enforce food safety, safety standards, and sanitation protocols.
• Drive performance, scheduling, and cost controls in a high-volume setting.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen.
• Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations.
• Results driven and team oriented.
