Job summary

Chuy’s Restaurants in Jacksonville is seeking a Restaurant Manager to be the heartbeat of our operation, ensuring guests feel welcomed from entry to departure. You’ll lead with energy, manage bar, lobby, and to-go flow, and elevate service standards in a fast-paced setting.

With 2–3 years of management in a high-volume scratch-kitchen and certifications, you’ll drive team performance, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Results-driven with strong team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations including bar, lobby, and to-go services.
• Lead and develop shift supervisors and staff.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and adherence to safety standards.
• Uphold brand standards and drive performance in a high-volume setting.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen.
• Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations.
• Results driven and team oriented.
