Chuy's Restaurants in Lexington, KY is seeking a Restaurant Manager to be the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring guests feel the love from the moment they walk in to the last sip of their margarita. You’ll lead with energy in a high-volume, scratch-kitchen environment, overseeing our bar, lobby, and to-go systems, while upholding safety standards and delivering a fun, responsive guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
• Food Handlers Certification and Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment with sense of urgency.
• Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen.
• Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations.
• Results driven and team oriented.
