Job summary

Chuy’s Restaurants Rogers seeks a Restaurant Manager to be the heartbeat of operations, ensuring guests feel the Chuy’s experience from arrival to the last margarita. You will lead with energy, drive excellence, and keep bar, lobby, and to-go systems running smoothly in a high-volume environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of recent management in a scratch-kitchen setting, relevant certifications, and a strong sense of urgency.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant with a scratch kitchen.
• Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Results driven and team oriented.

Responsibilities

Restaurant Manager Qualifications
