Job summary

Chuy's Restaurants in Paducah, KY is seeking a Restaurant Manager to be the heartbeat of our operation. You will lead with energy, ensure excellent guest experiences from check-in to the last sip of a margarita, and keep our bar, lobby, and to-go systems running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
• Food handlers and beverage server certifications required.
• Fast-paced environment with strong sense of urgency.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen.
• Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations.
• Results driven and team oriented.
