Job summary

Chuy's Restaurants in Abilene, TX is seeking a Restaurant Manager to be the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring guests feel welcome from entry to farewell. You’ll lead the bar, lobby, and to-go programs with energy, passion, and a commitment to excellence.

With 2–3 years of restaurant management experience, you’ll oversee safety, training, and guest satisfaction, while opportunities for advancement and beneficial benefits support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
• Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead with energy and ensure bar, lobby, and to-go systems run smoothly.
• Provide excellent guest experiences from entry to departure.
• Hire, train, and promote from within; oversee daily operations.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen.
• Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations.
