This is an exciting opportunity for a proven restaurant leader who thrives in a high-volume environment, takes pride in developing exceptional teams, and understands that outstanding hospitality begins with strong leadership, operational discipline, and a genuine passion for service.

We’re looking for hands‑on managers who lead from the floor, set high standards, and create an environment where team members feel supported, guests feel valued, and the business consistently performs at a high level.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead Daily Restaurant Operations: Oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service, consistent execution, and an exceptional guest experience across every shift.
  • Build and Develop Your Team: Recruit, train, coach, and retain talented team members while fostering a positive, accountable, and performance-driven culture.
  • Deliver Outstanding Hospitality: Maintain a visible presence on the floor, engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and ensure service standards consistently exceed expectations.
  • Drive Financial Performance: Monitor sales, labor, food and beverage costs, and other key performance indicators to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability.
  • Maintain Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with company standards, health and safety regulations, cleanliness requirements, and established operating procedures.
  • Create a Culture of Accountability: Set clear expectations, provide constructive feedback, and empower team members to take ownership of their responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with senior management and culinary leadership to improve execution, strengthen team performance, and support the continued success of the business.
  • Identify Opportunities for Improvement: Use guest feedback, financial reporting, and team input to enhance service, improve efficiency, and maintain consistently high standards.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume, upscale-casual restaurant or comparable hospitality environment.
  • Experience managing or supporting operations with annual sales volumes in the $5 million–$12 million range.
  • A hands‑on, floor-focused leadership style with the ability to remain engaged and effective during busy service periods.
  • A demonstrated ability to recruit, train, motivate, and develop strong teams while maintaining high expectations.
  • Solid financial acumen, including experience managing labor costs, monitoring operating expenses, analyzing performance metrics, and achieving budgetary goals.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction, and creating memorable dining experiences.
  • A collaborative mindset, professional demeanor, and commitment to continuous improvement.
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities.
  • Paid time off (PTO).
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
  • A supportive, team‑oriented culture that values strong leadership and professional development.
  • The opportunity to join an established restaurant group with a reputation for excellence and continued evolution.
