What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant environment
• Experience leading high-volume operations, ideally with annual sales of $2M+
• A proven track record of driving sales, controlling costs, and delivering results
• An energetic, hands-on leader who knows how to motivate, develop, and inspire a team
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• A team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to grow
