A TYPICAL DAY WILL INCLUDE:

  1. Managing Field House operations
  2. Providing excellent guest service
  3. Building effective relationships with staff, guests, vendors
  4. Overseeing quality and standards
  5. Enhancing guest dining experiences
  6. Managing front and back of house operations
  7. Hiring, coaching, training staff
  8. Improving service through guidance and feedback
  9. Performing food service duties when needed
  10. Collaborating with management and department leads
  11. Managing schedules and labor costs
  12. Maintaining financial and quality standards
  13. Monitoring sales factors and projecting future needs
  14. Upholding brand integrity and appearance standards
  15. Ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance with laws and policies
  16. Fostering a safety culture

THIS JOB MIGHT BE FOR YOU IF:

  • You have 2+ years supervisory experience in food service/culinary industry
  • You have a proven track record of achieving company goals
  • You possess excellent guest relations and etiquette skills
  • You can be MAST certified
  • You are accurate, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable about restaurant operations and HACCP standards
  • You are an effective communicator, motivator, and problem solver
  • You are a team player and a positive role model
  • You have strong organizational skills and computer proficiency (MS Office)
  • You are flexible to work various shifts and able to lift 50 lbs.
  • You are 21 years or older

Entry Level Compensation: USD $31.80/Hr. Maximum Compensation: USD $32.85/Hr.
