Responsibilities
  1. Manage Field House operations
  2. Provide excellent guest service and role model hospitality
  3. Establish and maintain effective relationships with staff, guests, vendors
  4. Oversee front and back of house operations
  5. Hire, coach, and train staff
  6. Improve service through guidance and coaching
  7. Manage schedules, monitor labor, and ensure quality standards
  8. Achieve financial goals focusing on sales, gross margins, and labor
  9. Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with laws and policies
  10. Possess 2+ years supervisory experience in food service
  11. Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  12. Be flexible to work varied shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
  13. Be 21 years or older

Compensation: USD $31.80/Hr. to $32.85/Hr.
