Job summary

Thunderdome Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Front of the House Manager for Bakersfield. The role reports to the General Manager and requires assisting in overall restaurant operations, including people, product, quality and hospitality.

The position involves physical activity and following written and oral procedures to ensure consistent guest experience. The candidate will lead both FOH and BOH teams, promote team development, and maintain the highest standards for service, food

The Hourly Manager is responsible for assisting the overall operation of the restaurant through people, product, quality and hospitality. We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven to grow alongside the growth of our restaurant group. The Hourly Manager reports directly to the General Manager. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds.
