You will set the example, coach staff, and ensure accountability in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of full-service management, strong front-of-house knowledge, and a proven track record in cost control, labor management, and guest relations.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Extensive front of house knowledge; Advanced knowledge of financial aspects.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Stable and progressive work history; Strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Ensures excellence in guest satisfaction through a hands-on, lead by example management style.
• Manages cost control and labor management by guiding a high-performing team.
