Responsibilities

• Ensures guest satisfaction through a hands-on, lead-by-example management style.

• Inspects establishment and ensures compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
• Ensures paperwork accuracy such as daily sales summary reports, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records.
