Bubba’s 33 is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee Front of House and Back of House operations and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service. This role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and a focus on guest satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include hiring and coaching hourly staff, managing inventory and costs, and delivering exceptional service while maintaining safety and compliance across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Experience managing front and back of house operations.
• Ability to hire, coach, and evaluate hourly staff.
• Proven track record driving sales and guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food safety and safe handling procedures.
• Strong leadership and scheduling skills.

Job Description

Bubba’s 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations and be responsible for making sure that Legendary Food and Legendary Service are adhered to at all times. If you are an experienced Restaurant Manager with a passion for guests and working in a kitchen, apply today!

As a Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities would include:

• Manage hourly employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching and discipline

• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or making recommendation to hire hourly employees

• Directing work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours of the restaurant

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction

• Providing, directing, and scheduling Front of House and Back of House training

• Supervise and oversee the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures

• Conducting formal line Taste & Temps

• Enforcing appropriate security measures at the restaurant so that the safety of our employees and guests are maintained at all times

• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory

• Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures

• Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment for the staff in a manner consistent with our core values and operational goals
