Job summary

The Post Oak in Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to lead front-of-house operations in a high-volume, full-service environment.

You will drive guest satisfaction with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach, motivate staff, and ensure cost control, labor management, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Extensive front of house knowledge; advanced knowledge of financial aspects.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Stable and progressive work history; strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with a Do Whatever It Takes attitude to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Motivate employees to ensure cost control and effective labor management.
• Inspect establishment and ensure compliance with health, safety standards and liquor regulations.
• Ensure paperwork accuracy such as daily sales summaries, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records.
