Job summary

The Post Oak in Humble, TX is seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume dining operation with a hands-on, do-whatever-it-takes leadership style.

You will drive guest satisfaction, manage labor costs, and mentor a team of front-of-house staff while ensuring compliance with health, safety and liquor regulations. A stable work history and strong work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Extensive front-of-house knowledge and strong financial acumen.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures guest satisfaction with a hands-on, lead-by-example management style.
• Motivates staff to achieve cost control and labor efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Inspects establishment and observes workers and gueststo ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards and liquor regulations


• Ensures paperwork accuracy such as daily sales summary reports, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records

Qualifications

• At least 2+ yearsof full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience


• Extensive front of house knowledge; Advanced knowledge of financial aspects


• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills


• Stable and progressive work history; Strong work ethic
