Saltgrass Steak House in Knightdale, NC is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume full-service team. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage labor costs, and uphold safety and compliance standards across the operation.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen and a proven track record in frontline restaurant management. We offer extensive training, growth opportunities, comprehensive benefits, and a competitive pay range of $70k–$80k annually.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Extensive front of house knowledge; advanced knowledge of financial aspects.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures excellence in guest satisfaction with a hands-on lead-by-example style.
• Motivates staff to manage costs and labor efficiently.
• Inspects establishment and monitors compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
• Maintains accurate daily sales, petty cash, and payroll paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Inspects establishment and observes workers and guests to ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards and liquor regulations


• Ensures paperwork accuracy such as daily sales summary reports, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records
