Cadillac Ranch in National Harbor, MD is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, mentor a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional dining and entertainment experiences.

You will drive guest satisfaction, manage cost control and labor, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate administrative records while promoting growth within a dynamic brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Strong front-of-house knowledge and financial acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Stable and progressive work history with a strong work ethic.

Qualifications
