Job summary

The Post Oak in West Hollywood, CA seeks an experienced restaurant manager to lead high-volume service and ensure guest satisfaction through a hands-on, Do Whatever It Takes leadership style. You will oversee front-of-house operations, drive cost control and labor management, ensure compliance with health, safety and liquor regulations, and maintain accurate daily paperwork and payroll records.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Extensive front of house knowledge; Advanced knowledge of financial aspects.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Stable and progressive work history; Strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Ensures excellence in guest satisfaction through a hands-on, lead by example management style.
• Uses leadership skills to motivate employees to ensure cost control and labor management.
• Inspects establishment and observes workers to ensure compliance with health, safety standards and liquor regulations.
• Ensures paperwork accuracy such as daily sales summaries, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records.
