We’re working with an exciting new client, a growing upscale hospitality group. Due to expansion, they are hiring a Restaurant Manager to support their portfolio of restaurants and clubs. You will oversee daily operations, lead the team, and drive growth and success.

Requirements:

• Previous restaurant management experience
• Experience in a Michelin, Forbes, or 5-star establishment (MUST)
• Ability to manage daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, service, and flow
• Focus on hospitality and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Support and coach staff to ensure smooth service and high energy
• Manage costs, inventory, and budgets effectively
