Job summary

Beyond Catering in Murfreesboro, TN seeks an Assistant General Manager to help achieve sales and profit targets for its Buona Restaurant and Buona Catering retail operations.

The role requires leading 10+ team members per shift, managing budgets, payroll, and forecasting, and implementing training programs. You will drive revenue, enforce policies, and foster a strong, family‑oriented culture within the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a Food and Beverage Manager role (QSR preferred).
• Drive-thru and Catering experience preferred.
• Familiar with and comfortable leading 10+ team members per shift.
• Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of commonly used restaurant practices, concepts, and procedures.

Responsibilities
