Job summary

The Buona Companies in Wisconsin seeks a Restaurant Manager to drive sales, manage costs, and lead the Buona Restaurant and Buona Catering teams. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee staff training, fiscal controls, and guest service excellence.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in restaurant management, is 21 or older, and demonstrates strong leadership and financial acumen, with drive-thru or catering experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in restaurant management.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Drive thru and Catering experience preferred.
• Ability to lead 10+ team members per shift.
• Financial acumen, particularly with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting.
• QSR Trend Awareness.
• Strong knowledge of commonly used restaurant practices, concepts, and procedures.
• Strong administrative, multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritizing skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting.

• Enforce and execute advertising and marketing plans, and HR and training materials
