Pay Range

This range is provided by Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience. Please discuss with your recruiter for more details.

• Base pay range: $53,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Miller Apple opened our first Applebee's restaurant in 1993 and has grown to 21 successful locations in mid and Northern Michigan. We are proud to celebrate 30 years as a franchisee.

Benefits

• Bonus potential up to $25,000 annually (eligible for bonus every 4 weeks)
• Closed on 4 major holidays: Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day
• Work schedule includes a half day every other week, with two 5-day work weeks and two 4.5-day work weeks every 4 weeks
• Overtime pay for working over a 5-day workweek: 1/5th of your weekly salary for an extra day

• Up to 5 weeks of vacation annually based on tenure (first week after 4 months)

Candidate Profile

We are seeking talented Restaurant Managers with at least 2+ years of full-service restaurant management or restaurant GM experience. Experience in managing and developing hourly team members, along with a passion for service and commitment to guest satisfaction, is preferred.
