THE JOB:
As the Senior General Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in for overseeing with the daily operations and leading our dynamic food service team. At Northfield Park your mission is to deliver exceptional experiences and create unforgettable "WOW" moments that guests will remember long after their visit.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Oversees the daily operations of food outlets, bars and the clubhouse with a focus on team leadership, labor efficiency, scheduling, inventory management and upholding guest service standards.
Leads the execution of food & beverage and company-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand standards
Maintains the highest levels of health, safety, sanitation and cleanliness across all food service outlets
Maintain communication with the restaurant chef on all food and menu issues
Ensures high customer satisfaction and an exceptional guest experience
Assist with ordering inventory and other essential office functions
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
A strong leader with a proven ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams.
Detail-oriented and organized, with strong communications skills and drive for continuous improvement
Guest-focused with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service and memorable guest experience
2 + years of prior relevant experience
