Sokai Sushi Bar in Miami is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the team, promote the business, and organize catering for events. You will be creative in increasing sales while overseeing daily operations, inventory, and guest experience.

The role requires 5+ years in restaurant management in high-volume settings, strong hospitality, and ability to work holidays/weekends. Proficiency in English and Spanish plus food safety certification is expected.
