Job summary

The Post Oak in Mesquite, Texas is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to lead a high-volume team and deliver exceptional guest service.

You will coach front-of-house staff, manage costs and scheduling, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations. A strong work ethic and stable track record are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Extensive front-of-house knowledge; strong knowledge of financials.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Stable and progressive work history; strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to ensure guest satisfaction with a hands-on management style.
• Motivate staff to ensure cost control and labor management.
• Inspect establishment and observe workers and guests to ensure health, safety, and liquor regulations.
• Ensure paperwork accuracy such as daily sales summaries, petty cash forms, and payroll records.
