Job summary

Saltgrass Steak House in Texas is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to lead a high-volume, full-service team with a hands-on, Do Whatever It Takes leadership style.

You will drive guest satisfaction, cost control, labor management, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards while maintaining accurate daily sales, payroll, and cash handling records. We offer extensive training, growth opportunities, benefits, and monthly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Extensive front of house knowledge; Advanced knowledge of financial aspects.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Stable and progressive work history; Strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Ensures excellence in guest satisfaction through a hands-on, lead by example management style.
• Utilizes leadership skills to motivate staff and ensure cost control and labor management.
• Inspects establishment and ensures compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
• Ensures paperwork accuracy such as daily sales summaries, petty cash forms, and payroll records.
