Job summary

The Post Oak in Houston, TX seeks an experienced restaurant manager to lead a high-volume, full-service operation. You will drive guest satisfaction through a hands-on leadership style and a commitment to a Do Whatever It Takes attitude.

Key responsibilities include controlling labor and costs, ensuring health and safety standards, and maintaining accurate daily sales, cash handling, and payroll records. A minimum of 2 years in similar roles is required.

Qualifications

• Full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience (min 2+ years).
• Extensive front-of-house knowledge and financial acumen.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Stable, progressive work history with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Motivate staff to manage costs and labor effectively.
