Job summary

The Post Oak in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to lead daily operations in a high-volume, full-service setting. You will coach front-of-house teams, optimize labor and costs, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.

This role requires hands-on leadership and a Do Whatever It Takes attitude to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Salary range is USD 75,000 to 95,000 per year, with a strong focus on performance, training, and internal

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Extensive front of house knowledge; Advanced knowledge of financial aspects.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Stable and progressive work history; Strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Leads operations to ensure guest satisfaction with a hands-on, lead-by-example management style.
• Motivates staff to optimize cost control and labor management.
• Inspects establishment and monitors compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
• Ensures paperwork accuracy such as daily sales summaries, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records.
