Job summary

The Post Oak in Noblesville, IN is seeking an experienced restaurant general manager to lead daily operations in a high-volume setting. You will drive guest satisfaction, coach front-of-house teams, and manage financial performance including costs and labor.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can maintain excellent service standards. Candidates should have a stable work history, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record managing complex operations in full-service restaurants.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Extensive front-of-house knowledge and financial acumen.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures excellence in guest satisfaction with a hands-on, lead-by-example management style.
• Uses leadership to motivate staff for cost control and labor management.
• Inspects establishment and ensures compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
• Keeps paperwork accurate: daily sales summaries, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records.
