Job summary

The Post Oak in Cedar Hill, TX is seeking a restaurant general manager to lead a high-volume, full-service operation. You will drive guest satisfaction, oversee front- and back-of-house teams, manage costs, scheduling, and payroll accuracy, while modeling a hands-on, Do Whatever It Takes attitude.

Ideal candidates bring extensive front of house knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of financial oversight within a thriving dining environment.

• Ensures paperwork accuracy such as daily sales summaries, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records.
