Job summary

The Post Oak in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume, full-service operation. You will drive guest satisfaction with a hands-on leadership style and manage daily financials, labor, and compliance in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of leadership in a busy restaurant, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of cost control and team development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in full-service, high-volume restaurant management.
• Front of house knowledge; strong financial acumen.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Stable and progressive work history; strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Ensures excellence in guest satisfaction through a hands-on, lead-by-example management style.
• Motivates employees to ensure cost control and effective labor management.
• Inspects establishment to ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
• Ensures accuracy of daily sales summaries, petty cash reimbursements, and payroll records.

Responsibilities

• Inspects establishment and observes workers and gueststo ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards and liquor regulations
• Ensures paperwork accuracy such as daily sales summary reports, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records

Qualifications

• At least 2+ yearsof full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience
• Extensive front of house knowledge; Advanced knowledge of financial aspects
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Stable and progressive work history; Strong work ethic
