Job summary

LaScala Restaurant Group in Marlton, New Jersey, is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a full-time, on-site position. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff schedules, and ensure guest satisfaction across front- and back-of-house teams.

Role Description

The Restaurant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Marlton(and surrounding), NJ, responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations. This role includes managing staff schedules, supervising front- and back-of-house teams, and ensuring excellent guest experiences. The Restaurant Manager will monitor food and beverage quality, uphold safety and cleanliness standards, and address customer concerns in a timely, professional manner. In addition, the role involves supporting hiring and training, coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams, managing inventory, and assisting with cost control and revenue goals.
