LaScala Restaurant Group in Marlton, New Jersey, is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a full-time, on-site position. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff schedules, and ensure guest satisfaction across front- and back-of-house teams.

You will monitor food and beverage quality, uphold safety and cleanliness standards, assist with hiring and training, control costs, and work with kitchen and bar teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience driving customer satisfaction through strong service practices.
• Experience with hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training staff.
• Strong communication to collaborate with team members, leadership, and guests.
• Knowledge of food & beverage operations, menu execution, food safety, and quality control.
• Restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred.
