Job summary

Landry's, Inc. is seeking an experienced restaurant manager in Knightdale, NC to lead a high-volume, full-service operation. You will coach front-of-house staff, control labor costs, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Extensive front of house knowledge; advanced knowledge of financial aspects.

Responsibilities

• Leads by example and drives the team to deliver guest satisfaction with a hands-on management style.
• Monitors cost controls and labor management to optimize profitability.
• Ensures compliance with health, safety and liquor regulations and maintains documentation accuracy for daily reports and payroll.
• Maintains accurate financial records including daily sales, petty cash and payroll-related paperwork.
