Restaurant Manager

Salary: $48,000-$55,000

Job Type: Full‑time

Responsibilities

• Supervise approximately 15–20 crew members and coordinate restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Provide guests with a high‑quality dining experience and uphold Denny’s service standards.
• Collaborate with up to two peer Restaurant Managers and/or Hourly Supervisors to support the General Manager.
• Work day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts with rotating schedules.
• Handle employee selection, retention, and continuous operational improvement.
• Understand profit and loss statements, operating plans, and cost controls.
• Exhibit Denny’s Principles and Values in all interactions.
