Responsibilities

• Reporting to the General Manager, oversee approximately 15–20 crew members and ensure proper execution of restaurant operations on assigned shifts.
• Provide guests with a great dining experience and uphold service and quality standards.
• Support the General Manager and collaborate with other Restaurant Managers and Hourly Supervisors.
• Work day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays with rotating schedules.
• Focus on employee selection, retention, continuous operational improvement, understanding profit and loss statements, operating plans, and costs.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to guest satisfaction and exhibit Denny’s Principles and Values in all interactions.
