Job summary

Flower Child in Gilbert seeks an experienced restaurant leader to drive daily operations and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting. The role emphasizes managing shifts, controlling costs, and delivering a high-quality dining experience.

You will oversee team development, understand menu components, and ensure cleanliness and safety across all service areas. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits applicable after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Demonstrate an understanding of business operations and financials.
• Experience with POS systems and OpenTable or similar reservation systems.
