Position Details: The manager is responsible for leading department-level restaurant operations, demonstrating leadership grounded in the Darden Core Values. Success is measured by consistent results through our systems, methods, and procedures, leading to growth in sales and profits via personal, team, business, and results leadership.

Job Requirements

1. A minimum of 2 years of current, salaried management experience in a high-volume upscale or resort restaurant.
2. Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and guest service.
3. Proven ability to develop a team.
4. Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution.
5. Competitive salary with quarterly bonus eligibility.
