Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage recruitment, selection, training, scheduling, and performance of all employees.
2. Ensure food quality, safety, security, service, and cleanliness standards are met.
3. Build and lead a strong team committed to excellence.
4. Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House operations.
5. Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
6. Respond efficiently to customer complaints.
7. Review product quality regularly.
8. Organize and supervise shifts.
9. Appraise staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
10. Estimate future needs for supplies and equipment.
11. Manage the restaurant’s image and suggest improvements.
12. Control operational costs and identify waste reduction measures.
13. Create reports on revenues and expenses.
14. Promote the brand through community engagement and events.
15. Train employees on customer service practices.
16. Implement policies to ensure smooth future operations.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Micros (a plus).
• Experience in high-volume environments.
• Self-reliant and results-driven.

• Availability for early mornings and weekends.
