An Insight Global client is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of a fast-paced restaurant in Chicago, IL. This individual will manage a team of approximately six employees while ensuring excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and profitability. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for creating employee schedules, managing inventory and ordering, monitoring labor costs and sales margins, and maintaining smooth restaurant operations. This is a hands‑on leadership position where the manager is expected to step into operational roles, including cooking, when needed.

The restaurant handles approximately 100-250 orders per day through both in-person and online ordering platforms, including Uber Eats. The ideal candidate is someone with a true restaurant management background who is committed to the success of the business and is willing to lead by example in all aspects of restaurant operations. The ideal candidate is a dependable restaurant leader who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a hands‑on environment, and is committed to helping a small restaurant grow and succeed.

Schedule and Compensation

• Tuesday-Friday: 2pm-10pm
• Saturday: 12pm-10pm
• Sunday 12pm-7pm
• $55,000to $60,000 per year annual salary.
