Biscuit Belly in Houston, TX is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-energy breakfast/brunch concept. You’ll set the tone on the floor, coach a growing team, and ensure every guest leaves happier than they arrived.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, operational excellence, and a fun, authentic Southern hospitality culture. You’ll balance people development with P&L awareness while maintaining brand standards and delivering a warm, engaging guest experience.

Formación

• General Manager experience required (3 years)
• Experience leading a high-performing hospitality team recommended

Responsabilidades

• People-First Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team; build schedules balancing business needs and work-life balance; provide ongoing coaching and recognition.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensure food quality and speed, maintain cleanliness and safety; manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
• Performance & Business Results: Track metrics, manage labor and controllables to hit targets, communicate results to leadership.
• Guest Experience Champion: Ensure guests feel welcomed, appreciated, and delighted; lead hospitality and service excellence on shift.
