Job summary

TC4 & Co Career Center is seeking Restaurant Managers to lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, maintain service standards, and drive guest satisfaction in a dynamic Austin dining group.

You will supervise teams, manage schedules, control costs, and help minimize waste while ensuring a positive dining experience. A minimum of 2+ years as an assistant manager in hospitality is expected; weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar role in hospitality.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software like Aloha/Toast.
• Strong math and reporting skills required.
• Customer service oriented with good communication and team leadership.
• Willingness to work opening hours including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma; hospitality certification a plus.

RESTAURANT MANAGERS

As one of our restaurant leaders, you will oversee FOH & BOH operations to ensure guest service & food quality standards are upheld at all times.

To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with restaurant operations and have a good understanding of what makes a great customer service. You should also be available to work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays. Ultimately, you will help minimize operating costs, boost our employee retention and deliver a positive dining experience for our guests.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar experience in the hospitality industry preferred
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Aloha/Toast
• Good math and reporting skills

Tony C’s Coal Fired Pizza is a full service restaurant concept that has growth opportunities in a casual dining restaurnat environment.

Start at $55k to $60k per year, based on experience.

In this RM role, you will manage restaurant front of house / service teams along with assistant manager roles and duties working as a member of the restaurant management (AM) team.
