Job summary

TC4 & Co is hiring a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring guest service and food quality standards stay high. The role requires strong hospitality leadership, scheduling, and team management, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You will collaborate with a dynamic management team to minimize costs, retain staff, and deliver a positive dining experience across multiple Tony C’s Coal Fired Pizza locations

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership and staff supervision.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (Aloha/Toast).
• Strong customer service mindset and team communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH & BOH operations to ensure guest service & food quality standards.
• Lead and develop restaurant staff, including back-of-house and front-of-house teams.
• Monitor costs, drive efficiency, and optimize scheduling and shifts.
• Support General Manager in fast-track leadership development and daily operations.

RESTAURANT ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

As one of our restaurant leaders, you will oversee FOH & BOH operations to ensure guest service & food quality standards are upheld at all times.

To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with restaurant operations and have a good understanding of what makes a great customer service. You should also be available to work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays. Ultimately, you will help minimize operating costs, boost our employee retention and deliver a positive dining experience for our guests.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar experience in the hospitality industry preferred
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Aloha/Toast
• Good math and reporting skills
• Customer service attitude
• Communication and team management abilities
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
• High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus

Tony C’s Coal Fired Pizza is a full service restaurant concept that has growth opportunities in a casual dining restaurnat environment.

Start at $60k to $65k per year, based on experience.

In this AGM role, you will manage restaurant back of house / kitchen & front of house / service teams along with assistant general manager roles and duties. Working as a member of the restaurant management team you will support the General Manager in a fast track capacity.
