We’re on the hunt for a dynamic, hands-on Front of House Manager who’s ready to lead from the floor, inspire a team, and make every guest experience legendary. If you love creating smooth-running shifts, mentoring awesome people, and thrive when the heat is on (literally — our kitchen’s cranking!), this is the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Running the Show

  • Own your shifts — opening, mid, or closing — you’re the one keeping things smooth and seamless.
  • Make sure every guest gets gold-standard service, every time.
  • Coach, motivate, and support your crew in the moment — real-time leadership at its best.
  • Be the point person for all things FOH — cleanliness, organization, staffing, and service flow.

Legendary Guest Experiences

  • Step in and save the day when needed — guest recovery is your superpower.
  • Set the example — your hospitality game sets the tone for the entire team.
  • Hold the team accountable to our high standards for service and guest interactions.

Team Building & Development

  • Help build your dream team — assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
  • Mentor and grow your crew through coaching, performance feedback, and ongoing training.
  • Create a culture of learning, accountability, and fun.

Operations & Compliance

  • Keep us stocked and organized — manage deliveries, inventory, and invoices.
  • Champion safety and sanitation standards — this is non-negotiable.
  • Make sure we’re always compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Stay on top of responsible alcohol service — your eyes are always open.
  • Help roll out new initiatives to raise the bar even higher.

What You Bring to the Table
? A passion for hospitality — you genuinely love taking care of people and making their day.

? Cool under pressure — high-volume, fast-paced? No sweat.
? Strong leadership mojo — you know how to build trust, inspire action, and hold people accountable.
? Problem-solving pro — you handle challenges with creativity and confidence.
? Great communication skills — clear, professional, and always collaborative.

The Must-Haves

  • Able to stand and move for up to 10 hours per shift.
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Certified in TAPs and Food Handler/ServSafe (or willing to get certified).
  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume ($3-$5 million/year) restaurant preferred.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience? That’s a big bonus.
