About Us

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Manage front of house operations for the restaurant/hotel
  2. Provide training, supervision, and support to staff
  3. Direct associates and supervisors to meet food and beverage goals
  4. Ensure food and beverage quality and safety standards
  5. Hire and train service staff
  6. Facilitate communication and conflict resolution
  7. Process bi-weekly payroll
  8. Participate in MOD program as needed
  9. Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED; higher education preferred
  • At least two years of supervisory experience in food and beverage
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to exceed guest and team expectations
  • Knowledge of three-meal restaurant operations and hotel F&B preferred
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
