Who We’re Looking For: FOH Manager Rock Star
We’re searching for an energetic, guest-obsessed Front of House Manager who can lead a team through the wildest rushes with grace and grit. Our downtown brewery is no joke — we’re talking thousands of guests a day during peak season — and every single one deserves that 49th State experience.

This role is all about being in the action, setting the tone, and ensuring legendary guest experiences every shift. If you’re a leader who thrives under pressure, loves building and mentoring teams, and can keep a smile through any storm, this is the job for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Running the Floor Like a Pro

  • Own your shift — whether opening, mid, or closing — you’re in control.
  • Ensure the team is firing on all cylinders and the guest experience is flawless.
  • Coach, motivate, and support your team in real time — great leadership happens in the moment.
  • Oversee cleanliness, organization, and flow — when you’re in charge, it’s smooth sailing.

Delivering Legendary Guest Experiences

  • Jump in and save the day when needed — guest recovery is second nature to you.
  • Set the example — your hospitality style sets the bar for the whole team.
  • Hold the team accountable to our gold-standard service expectations.
  • Assist in hiring the best — you know talent when you see it.
  • Train, mentor, and develop future leaders.
  • Build a culture where accountability and fun go hand-in-hand.

Operational Excellence & Compliance

  • Manage deliveries, inventory, and invoices like a pro.
  • Ensure safety and sanitation — because nothing’s more important.
  • Keep us 100% compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Monitor alcohol service and ensure all team members serve responsibly.
  • Roll out new programs and initiatives to keep us ahead of the game.

What You Bring to the Table
? A passion for hospitality — you live to create unforgettable moments.
? An eagle eye for detail — nothing slips past you.
? Calm under pressure — you thrive in organized chaos.
? Leadership instincts — your team trusts and follows you.
? Creative problem solver — you think fast and adapt even faster.
? Strong communicator — you get the message across clearly and with heart.

The Must-Haves

  • Comfortable standing, moving, and working 10-12 hour shifts.
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Current TAPs and Food Handler/ServSafe Certification (or willing to obtain).
  • Bachelor’s degree is great, but experience matters more.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume ($3-$5 million/year), fast-paced restaurant preferred.
  • Prior supervisory or management experience highly preferred — but we’ll take natural leaders with the right attitude too!

What’s In It For You?
?? Competitive Pay – Salary based on experience
?? 401(k) with Employer Match
?? Employee Discounts — Beer and burgers taste better with a discount!
?? Tons of Opportunity — Northern Hospitality Group is growing, and we love promoting from within.
