Qualifications

• 1-3 years of restaurant experience preferred.
• 1 year of management and/or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of in-store operations, including staffing, food safety, inventory, merchandising, food cost, equipment maintenance, cash handling, and brand compliance.
• Manage sales, people, profit, and daily operations.
• Ensure high food quality and safety standards.
• Create a positive guest experience through excellent service.
• Maintain overall cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Hire and interview staff.
• Lead a positive team environment, recognizing team achievements.
• Train, develop, motivate, and lead team members.
• Build sales through local marketing and community involvement.
