Now Hiring: Restaurant FOH Managers and Kitchen Managers

Iconic full-service restaurants located in Alaska are seeking full-time and seasonal exceptional leaders with high energy, great communication skills, and an eagle eye for detail to join our team. Candidates must thrive working under pressure, be a creative problem solver, and have a passion for hospitality.

We offer competitive pay, with entry-level managers starting at $55k a year and General Managers earning $120k to $130k a year, plus additional bonuses and perks including 401k with employee match, employee discounts, medical insurance, housing, and incredible growth opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own your shifts — opening, mid, or closing — ensuring smooth operations.
  • Lead a seasonal team from opening day to the final farewell, delivering top-notch service every time.
  • Coach, motivate, and support your team in real-time.
  • Ensure the dining room, patio, and bar are spotless, stocked, and ready for action.

Creating Legendary Guest Experiences

  • Solve problems quickly and turn tricky situations into positive moments.
  • Set the tone — your energy and attitude shape the guest experience.
  • Hold your team accountable for legendary hospitality — every guest, every shift.

Training & Developing Your Team

  • Assist in hiring, training, and coaching a seasonal team of hospitality stars.
  • Keep the team engaged and focused on fun and performance.
  • Foster a culture of respect, learning, and teamwork, imparting lifelong skills.

Operations & Compliance

  • Manage deliveries, inventory, and invoices for smooth back-end operations.
  • Prioritize safety and sanitation — cleanliness and safety come first.
  • Ensure compliance with local and state regulations — you are the pro.
  • Oversee responsible alcohol service — fun and safety first.
  • Implement policies to improve guest and team experiences.

What You Bring to the Table

The Must-Haves

  • Able to stand and move for up to 10 hours per shift.
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Current TAPs and Food Handler/ServSafe Certifications (or willingness to obtain).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume ($3-$5 million/year) restaurant; 10 years for General Managers.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred, but natural leadership skills are also valued.
