Qualifications

• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach and train employees.

Responsibilities

• Controls cost categories (food, labor, cash, expenses) per guidelines.
• Drives sales growth by improving Bells, CORE, speed of service and food quality.
• Maintains staffing levels to meet scheduling requirements.
• Prepares crew and management performance appraisals.
• Executes hiring for crew, shift leaders and assistant managers; coaches and trains staff.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and compliance with sanitation guidelines.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Ensures safe environment for employees and guests and coordinates maintenance.
